| TWO
DOGS IN THE STREET
by Pistol Pete Midtgard
Well,
I love to play soft music, and eat by candlelight,
Snuggle up n the couch with my sweetie, and set
the mood just right.
Kiss her eyes, neck, and shoulders, whisper in
her ear,
Softly tell her sexy things that I know she likes
to hear.
And I love to go out dancin’ and eat a gourmet
meal,
Any type of romancin’ I can’t tell
you how it makes me feel.
But now and then when dirty deeds come creepin’
from the fog,
We all regress, to sing of the flesh, and do it
like a couple of dogs.
Chorus:
Passion, love and romance, them things are all
just fine.
Tender hugs and kisses, they are favorite things
of mine.
But now and then, when the mood is right, you
know what can’t be beat,
That’s when you get right down to bidness,
like two dogs, two dogs, two dogs, two dogs in
the street.
We’ll, do it on the sofa, then on my favorite
chair,
Burn our knees on the living room rug and pull
each others hair.
We do it on the stove top, then the landing by
the steps,
Down in the basement by the washing machine, ‘til
we’re both just drenched in sweat.
Bitin’, scratchin’, filthy talk, no
hold are ever barred,
Out in the alley by the dumpster, or in the back
seat of the car,
On the kitchen floor, in front of the fridge,
the bathtubs kinda tough.
Then public places come to mind, that I can’t
speak of much.
(Chorus)
